Fast Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within Canada and the USA.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery times vary significantly by destination and customs processing. Please note that Kind Confetti is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred on international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because our confetti is a biodegradable, moisture-sensitive product, we cannot guarantee its integrity once it has left our controlled fulfillment environment. To ensure that every customer receives fresh, dry, and high-quality confetti for their event, we do not restock or resell returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kindconfetti.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Cancellations

Because our fulfillment system sends orders to our warehouses for immediate processing, we are often unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. Please review your details carefully at checkout.
