What is your confetti made of?
Our confetti is made from biodegradable rice paper — a soft, lightweight, and fully water-soluble material. It is non-toxic, eco-friendly, and breaks down naturally after use, making it safe for both indoor and outdoor celebrations. Each batch is carefully packaged in Vancouver, BC.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Shipping times and options may vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
Is it safe for outdoor use?
Yes. Our confetti is designed for outdoor celebrations. It is intended to be hosed down after use or left for the rain to naturally wash away over time. We always recommend checking with your venue first to ensure they allow rice paper products.
How much confetti should I order?
For the perfect "confetti toss" photo, we recommend approximately one handful per guest. Each 150g bag contains 15-20 handfuls.
How should I store my confetti?
Keep your confetti sealed, dry, and away from direct sunlight until day of use.
How long does shipping take?
Orders within Canada and the U.S. typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures the confetti you receive is fresh, dry, and has never been stored in unknown conditions. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will make it right.
